After your consultation, you will receive intake documents to collect background information and verify your insurance coverage and benefits.

Please Note: Prior to an ABA Assessment and the start of Treatment, authorization from insurance is required. 

Authorization timelines can vary but typically take up to 30 days. Our team will provide consistent updates throughout the process.

A BCBA will complete an individualized assessment for your child. (Completed over 2 weeks) 

Our assessment process consists of a 1:1 parent interview, direct observation of your child within their environment, and a comprehensive treatment plan that outlines goals that address your child's and family's areas of need.
